Jimmy Mahoney’s The Secret of Little Saints is now available on Barnes and Noble’s Nook e-reader. If you haven’t read it already, you should. Mahoney’s memoir is a humorous look at life as a mischievous altar boy in an Irish Catholic neighborhood of the Bronx in the fifties. A funny, light read for people of backgrounds and ages, especially those with an Catholic upbringing or interest in New York history.
If you live in Waynesboro, Virginia, or are passing thorugh, you can now pick up The Secrets of Little Saints at Stone Soup Books at 908 West Main St. Look for it in the local authors section and thank Stone Soup for taking an interest in featuring local writers.
